Message	With the solenoid disconnected you will not have full power steering. The system is speed based, so the PS assist varies based on speed. For a fully functioning system you need a speed sensor(transmission), gauge cluster(converts and relays the speed signal), ECU, HICAS/PS Module, Rack Solenoid. If any of those are missing you PS system will not function as intended.
